Missy
Senior Yoga Teacher
Missy is an E-RYT 500, the owner of Studio 108 and the creator of the 108 Asana series. She has taught workshops and at conferences all over the world from Yoga Journal Live to Sri Lanka to the Om Yoga Shows in Manchester and London. Internationally recognized for her passionate teaching skills and her dynamic and innovative sequencing, Missy
travels the globe teaching her signature Funky Flow and Float Master Class as well as The 108 Asanas Practice and Workshop that she created. Missy began practicing in 1999 and in many ways credits yoga for saving her life. In 2004 Missy traveled to LA and completed her first 500-hour teacher training at Bikram's Yoga College of India. Since then she has trained with many teachers including David Swenson, Cameron Shayne, Shiva Rae, Ana Forrest, Desiree Rumbaugh, Duncan Wong, Andrey Lappa and many more. She has also completed Yoga 200RYT Certification, Yoga 500RYT Certification and Yoga 1000CYT Certification.

Yoga is teaching me about self-discipline. It is also making me stronger and flexible. I want to keep learning about all the things Yoga has to offer. Amy Ingham, 200RYT
Amy is a dedicated, experienced, and certified yoga and pilates
teacher with a comprehensive background in multiple disciplines. She
completed her first 200RYT with Ally Ford via The Yoga Room in March
2000 and is currently working towards her 500RYT with Missy White at
Studio 108. Her classes are designed to cater to a wide range of
students, from beginners to advanced practitioners, emphasizing both
physical and mental well-being. Before transitioning into yoga, Amy
was an accomplished triathlete and marathon runner, completing four
Ironman races and thirty six marathons. Amy is also a Certified
CrossFit Coach. This extensive athletic background gives her a unique
perspective on endurance, strength, and the importance of a balanced
fitness regimen.
Jemissa Santana 200RYT
Jemissa completed her 200 hour YTT with Missy White in 2024. She has cultivated her yoga practice since 2007, and believes yoga is one of the best tools available for physical, spiritual and mental well-being. She has a background in treating orthopedic and neurologic injuries as a licensed Occupational Therapist, and is also a Reiki Master. She hopes to meet you on the mat, share the wisdom of yoga, and nurture divine love and consciousness in herself and others.
Christine Videtic 200RYT
Christine began her yoga journey over five years ago as a way to cope with the loss of her mother. What started as a healing practice soon became a passion. She found a sense of peace and purpose at Studio 108 Tampa, where she practiced diligently and grew within the supportive community. In August 2024, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher
Training with Missy White, marking a significant milestone in her journey. Now, as an instructor, she’s excited to share her love for yoga with others. Her classes are known for being upbeat and dynamic, offering a great workout while fostering a deep connection to mind, body, and spirit. She wants to stand beside YOU on your yoga journey.
Jessica Conrado - 200RYT
Jessica is a Tampa Bay native. She has a B.S. in Finance from USF, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa. Jessica is a VP at Raymond James Financial. Outside of her Finance career, Jessica has always had a passion for physical fitness, from running marathons, Crossfit, weight lifting, yoga and sprint triathlons. Jessica began practicing yoga at an early age in high school. She has always desired to become a yoga instructor. She completed her Yoga Teacher Certification (200 hour) in May 2024, along with another 100 hour Certification “Principles of Alignment” with Missy White at Studio 108 Tampa. Yoga and meditation have been elemental in her life. Yoga has helped her heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Jessica wants to bring this practice to others and share in their journey whatever that may be for them, whether it is a physical practice or going beyond, mentally and spiritually.
Vanessa Tuttle - 200RYT
Vanessa was drawn to yoga 15 years ago to find a way to balance her peace from the corporate world as well as build strength to heal her physical injuries. She loves that yoga helps build confidence, strength, mental clarity and flexibility. She graduated from her 200 HR RYT training with Missy White from Studio 108. Vanessa's intention is to share her love and passion towards yoga with her students and invite them on the lifelong journey of health and fitness. When not on the mat, you can find her spending time on the water or attending sporting events with her family.
